Our story
rentalop started in Novara, where hospitality professionals met property management specialists. Today we work in selected destinations that share three essentials: charm, international demand and room to grow.

Our team
Luca Sperduto
Before rentalop he worked at a driving school, ran two e-commerce sites selling hospitality equipment and spent nine months at Tecnocasa, where he learned the property market. On 4 April 2023 he welcomed the first guest to the first apartment: he had started with €3,500 and worked nights to support himself. Today he leads development, innovation and relations with owners.
Alessandro Lionetti
He trained as an IT technician and has worked since he was a teenager, including in e-sports. He joined Luca when the business was about a year old, and on 11 April 2025 they founded RENTALOP SRL together. He looks after sales and the relationship with owners, before and after they sign.
