Description
One bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with bath and a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The balcony overlooks the town. For long stays there is a washing machine and iron; air conditioning covers the living area and the bedroom. Linen included and cleaning before each arrival.
The neighbourhood
Viale Volta is one of the routes that lead to the centre, outside the restricted traffic zone: convenient for those arriving by car who want to avoid the centre’s bans. The Duomo is about twenty minutes on foot, Ospedale Maggiore the same. Around there are shops, cafés and a supermarket; for the car, free on‑street parking is a few hundred metres away.
Getting there
By car you arrive without entering the ZTL. From Novara station it’s about half an hour on foot or fifteen minutes by bus. From Malpensa around forty minutes. For those arriving in an electric car, the charging point is in the house.
