The neighbourhood
Via Spreafico is in a residential area south‑east of the centre, quiet and convenient for those travelling by car: you don’t enter the ZTL and there are free parking spaces a few dozen metres away. Ospedale Maggiore is a fifteen‑minute walk, the university nineteen, the historic centre twenty. On the doorstep there are a supermarket, bar and pharmacy.
Getting there
By car you arrive without crossing the restricted traffic zone and can park on the nearby street. From Novara station it’s about a thirty‑minute walk or a fifteen‑minute bus ride. From Malpensa about forty minutes.
