Description
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and kettle, and a dining area comfortably seating six. The balcony is a favourite in summer, together with the air conditioning. For longer stays there’s a washing machine, iron and blackout curtains in the bedrooms; for work, a desk and Wi‑Fi. Linen is included and the apartment is cleaned before every arrival.
The neighbourhood
Via dei Monasteri is in a quiet residential area, away from traffic but within the city: it’s a fifteen-minute walk to the Duomo and the Cupola di San Gaudenzio, and seventeen minutes to Ospedale Maggiore. Nearby are cafés, a couple of bakeries and local shops — the ones open when the centre is closed. For cars, the parking at largo Pietro Micca is a little over one hundred metres away.
Getting there
Novara station is twenty minutes on foot or seven by bus. By car the easiest exit is Novara Est; the parking at largo Pietro Micca is one hundred metres from the house. From Malpensa it’s about forty minutes, from Milan just under an hour.
