The neighbourhood
Via Ossola is south of the centre, close to the campus of the Università del Piemonte Orientale (seven minutes on foot) and to Ospedale Maggiore (fourteen). The station is a twelve-minute walk and the historic centre sixteen. It’s a residential area with local shops, outside the restricted-traffic zone, with on-street parking less than one hundred metres away.
Getting there
Novara station is a twelve-minute walk. By car you arrive without entering a ZTL and can park on the nearby street. From Malpensa it’s about forty minutes by car.

Pro: Nulla purtroppo Contro: Struttura brutta, poco pulita e a 30 mt dai binari del treno che di notte passa ogni 20 min. La TV nn c’era come nemmeno l’aria condizionata. Divano letto impresentabile con macchie ovunque. Caldaia affianco al letto con luce azzurra che illumina la stanza di notte.
Pro: Appartamento molto carino, pulito proprietario, molto accogliente sicuramente ritornerò grazie di tutto
Pro: Niente Contro: Molto sporca, divano lurido, bagno sporchissimo con pelli nella doccia, sporco per terra vecchio, puzza di sigarette, sedie della cucina rotte, zanzariera rotta , TV inesistente, lenzuola usate e sporche, un solo cuscino e un solo asciugamano per due ospiti , niente set cortesia .
