Description
A separate bedroom, a bathroom, a large living area with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave and kettle. Outside there is a garden with a barbecue area, useful on summer evenings. Air conditioning, washing machine and iron in the house; linen provided. Long stays are allowed.
The neighbourhood
Via Conti di Biandrate is in a residential area outside the centre: you can reach it by car without ZTL and park in the reserved space in front of the house, with other free parking seventy metres away. The historic centre is about twenty minutes on foot or five by car; the station half an hour on foot. In the evening the street is quiet and poorly lit: convenient for those arriving late by car, less so for those planning to walk around at night.
Getting there
You can drive directly to the reserved space without crossing the restricted traffic zone. From Novara station it’s about half an hour on foot or fifteen minutes by bus. From Malpensa about forty minutes.

Pro: Buona la posizione, non proprio centrale ma comoda in quanto c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle strade a pochi metri dalla struttura. La casa anche se localizzata in una corte ,si trova vicino a un grande centro commerciale,un supermercato e altri servizi . Buona la pulizia,fornita di piano…
Pro: La casa ha tutto ciò che occorre per viverci… un posto piccolo ma confortevole… mi sono sentita a casa ❤️ host disponibile anche la sera del 31 dicembre…. Gentilissimo, ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di spumante per festeggiare… La posizione é ottima se si vuole un po’ di pace… vicino c’è il supermercato…
