Description
A single open-plan space arranged with a sofa bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Outside there is a balcony and the communal garden. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, a desk and Wi‑Fi; the house also has a piano. The entrance is independent and long stays are allowed.
The neighbourhood
Via Luigi Visintin is in a residential area of low houses and gardens, quiet and convenient for those travelling by car: a parking space is included and the car park at largo Don Delfino Bovio is one hundred metres away. The historic centre is about twenty minutes on foot or five by car, the station twenty‑five minutes on foot. It is not the centre: it’s a neighbourhood area, with shops and cafés on the doorstep.
Getting there
You can reach the house by car without passing through the ZTL, with a reserved space. From Novara station it’s twenty‑five minutes on foot or a little over ten by bus. From Malpensa about forty minutes by car.

Pro: LA PRESA PER IL CULO Contro: Esperienza pessima: igiene inaccettabile, servizi insufficienti . Purtroppo il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato del tutto insoddisfacente. Siamo stati costretti a fare un checkout anticipato la mattina stessa dopo una sola notte, senza che il proprietario mostrasse alcuna…
Pro: The host was genuinely kind and communicative. When we raised some issues he responded quickly, took full responsibility and apologised sincerely, even offering to make things right, that honesty and care really stood out. The studio is also very central: Novara's lovely city centre, the shopping malls are all…
