The neighbourhood
Bicocca is a residential neighbourhood south‑east of the centre, with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep — the thing guests mention most. Ospedale Maggiore is a seventeen‑minute walk and the university eighteen, the historic centre twenty‑five. You’re outside the restricted traffic zone and there are on‑street parking spaces 250 metres away.
Getting there
By car you can arrive without passing through the ZTL. From Novara station it’s a twenty‑five minute walk or a fifteen‑minute bus ride. From Malpensa about forty minutes.
