The neighbourhood
Via XXIII Marzo is in a residential area south of the city, convenient for those needing Ospedale Maggiore (two minutes by car, sixteen on foot) or the Università del Piemonte Orientale. It’s a street of apartment blocks and shops, with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, outside the restricted-traffic zone: you can drive and park on the street a few dozen metres away.
Getting there
By car you reach it without crossing the ZTL; on-street parking is two hundred metres away. It’s a sixteen-minute walk from Ospedale Maggiore and about twenty minutes by bus from Novara station. From Malpensa roughly forty minutes by car.
