Description
One double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, one bathroom and a kitchen with oven, microwave and kettle. The balcony is private and overlooks the town. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron; linen is included. The parking space is free and long stays are allowed.
The neighbourhood
Via Roma is the main street of Arona: the lakeside, Piazza del Popolo, the restaurants and the pier for the Borromean Islands are about ten minutes on foot. Arona station, on the line to Milan, is nearby. In summer the centre fills up and parking becomes a challenge: having the parking space included changes the holiday.
Getting there
By train from Milan it’s just over an hour to Arona station, then a few minutes on foot. By car, take the Castelletto Ticino exit from the A26 and you have a reserved space on arrival. From Malpensa it’s about thirty‑five minutes by car.
